Hybrid Training

A combined strength-and-endurance approach that blends barbell/body-weight strength work, conditioning intervals, and steady aerobic sessions. The goal is to build power, engine, and durability in one hybrid training programme—useful for Hyrox, CrossFit, running, and everyday performance.

Anyone who wants to be strong and fit at the same time—time-poor professionals, hybrid athletes, runners/triathletes who need more strength, or lifters who want better conditioning.

How I coach?

Quick assessment, then periodised 4–6 week blocks that combine strength (squat/hinge/push/pull) and engine work (Zone 2, intervals)
