Hyrox is a hybrid fitness race combining 8 workout stations (e.g., ski, sled push/pull, farmer’s carry, burpee broad jumps, row, sandbag lunges, wall balls) with 1 km runs between each.

First-timers to competitive racers who want a structured Hyrox training program and pacing plan.
How I coach?
Technique on stations, transition efficiency, run intervals, race simulations, taper and fuelling—online or in person. (Includes online coaching for Hyrox athletes and the option to book personal training sessions online.)
