Marathon Coaching

Structured preparation for the 42.2 km event using periodised phases (base, build, peak, taper) to develop aerobic capacity, threshold, and durability.

First marathons to PB attempts seeking an online personal trainer for endurance athletes.

How I coach?

Paces based on recent fitness, long runs, tempo/intervals, and strength for running economy—plus taper, pacing, and fuelling plans. Fully online or with in-person tune-ups.
